The Mo K.O effect ...

"To say I was out of shape when I started working out with Monee would be an understatement; in a few short months, I've gone from a 42-inch waist to a 36, clothes that haven't fit me in years now do. Monee adjusts each workout to you, she pushes you to your breaking point and then asks for that ounce more, and the great part is Monee knows you have it even if you're unsure. I tried working out by myself for a while and figure I hire a trainer. I took Monee's introductory package and I fell in love with my new fitness routine. I signed up right away for 10 sessions, which she was very flexible. Monee' is not like your typical trainer. She is very attentive to you as a person not just as a client.

Monee' is so motivating. I trained with her over a 10 week period. 4 Days a week and lost 28lbs., lowered my cholesterol, am no longer on my diabetic medication. Not to mention I have tone over my entire body. Even though she has moved to Texas I still have her as my virtual trainer. She deserves so much more than what she has priced, and know you will get the results as long as you push yourself and always communicate with her. Monee' is a blessing and is super humbled. Her mark in the fitness world is yet to be seen. Very happy to have her as a trainer before she gets too popular (inside joke).

We love Mo K.O! Honestly, we all were very happy when she finally embraced her new name. Monee' is amazing. We love her and trust she is the best around. Other trainers are all about making money But Monee' is that trainer that is very passionate about what she does that she goes above and beyond. Monee', OMG she will kill you!! She is very intense but she gives me what I need. She pushes me in a friendly way and encourages me to do EVERYTHING! She also modifies exercises that are so hard and reminds you to trust your body and that you can do it if you believe in yourself. And who would have known I would have been able to those things? Well, Monee' knew. She is so nice! I am overweight and I have an injured knee, but she made sure I was included and wasn't frustrated by my ailments. One way to describe Monee' and her workout program is one bad B*tch!! and so worth the time, money, and effort!!
