Now offering 3 fresh press made to order juices. ALL orders must be preordered. Note to ensure its efficacy juices must be ingested by within 3-4 days of purchase. Busy Body I & II Package
Introducing our Time-Saver Package, designed for busy individuals who struggle to fit fitness into their hectic schedules. This package includes both in-person sessions (1 hour and 30 minutes) and convenient Virtual Sessions* (1 hour and 30 minutes) to ensure you can work out wherever you. Say goodbye to the stress of gym commutes and let us help you the answer to the age-old question: "How am I going to find the time to go to the gym?" With our support, achieving your fitness goals has never been easier!

* Virtual Sessions require facetime, google hangout, Skype, and/or any of the like for training. The reason for such tools to ensure the client is using proper form and technique as well as receiving positive encouragement.
Athletic Performance Package
This package is for the past, present, and future athletes. The training incorporated in this package is geared toward sport-specific training and nutrition. The goal is to make sure the athlete in pre and post season is excelling and enhancing their sports performance. Clients are trained especially fitted for their sport. This is a train hard package and usually requires a little more than 1 hour.
